You will be pivotal in aligning facility management practices with Toll's broader operational goals and will collaborate closely with business units to ensure seamless management of facility-related services.As Senior Facilities Manager you will,
- Manage service agreements, related to the maintenance and upkeep of assets and infrastructure, encompassing a wide range of services.
- Provide comprehensive administration, asset management, contract oversight, financial management, legal compliance, policy enforcement, procurement assistance, audits, and fostering best practices in facility management.
- Ensure property management documents adhere to company policies and preparation of facility management reports.
- Maintain Asset Register with warranties, maintenance schedules, and life cycle reporting.
- Monitor contractor performance, chair monthly reviews, and ensure timely actions and oversee contractor induction, assurance, and compliance.
- Minimum 10 years in facilities management experience.
- Experience in commercial and industrial multi-site asset management - transport and aviation sectors advantageous
- Proficiency in building performance analysis.
- Track record managing multi-project programs with varying technical complexities.
- Effective communication with a broad audience, including clients, technical peers, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Engineering qualifications in Building Services or related field (minimum trade with prior management experience).
