Civil Estimator

I am working with one of Queensland's fastest growing civil contractors who are in search of an experienced Civil Estimator to join their team. Located on the Gold Coast, they are a dynamic team driving innovation in the civil construction sector. They seek an individual to assist us in accurately estimating the costs of civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
Qualifications & Experience:
Tertiary or trade qualifications in Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, and/or Project/Construction Management.
Diverse experience across various sectors within the construction industry (Urban, Mining, DTMR, Slope Stabilisation, etc.).
Minimum of 6 years' experience in the Civil Construction industry, with field experience being desirable.
Previous experience as a Civil Estimator in a mid-tier contractor across NSW, QLD, and NT is advantageous.
Proficiency in project planning and MS Project program.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Develop precise civil estimates for a wide range of Civil and Structural projects using first principles.
Manage procurement processes efficiently.
Create construction methodologies, programs, and non-pricing tender submission documents.
Lead the pre-contract phase of the project cycle.
Monitor project costs and provide support to project teams throughout project delivery.
