You’ll be responsible for the supervision of Civil Construction teams and subcontractors, ensuring a high standard of quality, safety and adherence to all project specifications is maintained. You will promote a positive team culture and deliver positive outcomes for all stakeholders.
About you
Demonstrated experience as a Foreman on Civil Construction Projects knowledge and experience in Bulk Earthworks, Pipework, Road Construction & concreting ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes. Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills Construction Industry Card (White / Blue) Current Driver Licence Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded A strong commitment to OHS and Safe Work Practices Ideal applicant will live on the Southern Gold Coast or in the Northern Rivers Region as far south as Ballina Why work with Shadforth?
