AddressExpress Employment Professionals is currently recruiting General and Civil Labourers to join work on Civil Construction Sites across the Western Suburbs of Sydney. We contract to Tier 1 & 2 Civil Construction Companies with projects ranging from $500K to $5M. Due to Contracts Awarded we are looking to immediately hire multiple Labourers.
Our projects include Industrial Complexes, Government Projects, Sporting Fields, Parks and Open Spaces, as well as Hard and Soft Civil Landscape Projects.
These opportunities are long term and ongoing, days are generally starting at 6.50am onsite for 7.00am start, finish time is usually between 4.30 to 5.00pm, with some overtime work on Saturdays including penalty rates.
- $33.50/hr to $37.50/hr Depending on Experience
- Plus, Travel $25.67 Per Day
- Casual and Full Time Hours
The Role:
- Experience on roads, subdivisions and civil sites.
- Preparing pavements, roads and pathways for construction.
- Spreading subgrade and subbase material for the construction of roads and pathways.
- Working with concrete and asphalt.
- Digging, spreading materials, moving materials.
- Keeping site safe and clean.
About You:
- Experience on Commercial and / or Industrial construction sites.
- Previous experience Civil Labouring.
- Experience on Large scale Civil sites.
- Confident or Jackhammer, Angle Grinder and tools.
- Pro-active attitude and problem solver.
- Physically fit and good communication skills.
- White Card
- Full PPE including Long Sleeve Hi-Vis Shirt, Long Workwear Pants, Hard Hat and Steel Cap Boots
