ADS Systems Pty Ltd - T/A Xtraction Civil is currently looking for General and Civil Labourers to start ASAP to join our expanding business.
We are a small civil business who contract to Tier 1 and 2 companies operating on NSW Rails, Roads and Private Premises. We are looking to expand the company and are wanting to employ keen and reliable workers who are willing to grow with the company. Opportunities available for nightshift, overtime and Living away. The right candidate will be offered a full time role after a probation period with the intention of moving into supervisors role.
Our standard day is 6.50am for a 7.00am start from our factory in Peakhurst with a 3.00pm Finish.
Qualifications & experience
- NSW White Card
- Current Drivers Licence (HR preferred or willingness to obtain)
- RIW (preferred, if not course will be provided after probation period)
- Excavator Licence (preferred but no essential)
- Experience on commercial/residential construction sites
- Previous experience Civil Labouring
- Confident on a jackhammer, Angle Grinder and other power tools.
- Pro-active Attitude
- Must be physically fit and display good communication skills

- Pit and Pipe installation
- Digging of trenches
- Excavation
- Concreting
- Asphalting
- Site tidy up
- Form and Prep work prior to concreting
