AddressDue to a large pipeline of works, we are looking for a Civil Foreman or Leading Hand who has a solid understanding and experience in Civil Construction, ideally residential subdivisions, and is ready to take the next step in their career. This position will support projects in either the Moreton Bay Region, depending on your location.
You’ll be responsible for the supervision of Civil Construction teams and subcontractors, ensuring a high standard of quality, safety and adherence to all project specifications is maintained. You will promote a positive team culture and deliver positive outcomes for all stakeholders.
About you
- Demonstrated experience as a Leading Hand or Foreman on Civil Construction Projects
- knowledge and experience in Bulk Earthworks, Pipework, Road Construction & concreting
- ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Construction Industry Card (White / Blue)
- Current Driver Licence
- Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded
- A strong commitment to OHS and Safe Work Practices
