The role:
This position undertakes duties in Council's Civil Maintenance team. This role is required to provide efficient and effective services in the maintenance of council's road network, underground drainage network and other associated infrastructure
All tasks will be undertaken with the efficient, safe and effective operation of plant and equipment used in association with those duties.
Specialist Skills, Required Knowledge and Conditions:
- Certificate III or equivalent in Civil Construction
- Current MR driver's licence.
- Demonstrated industry experience in Civil Construction
- Work Zone Traffic Management
- Machine Tickets
- Backhoe
- Skid Steer
- Roller
- Excavator
Who you are:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate high levels of motivation and enthusiasm, a strong commitment to safe work practices, be a team player and have good problem-solving abilities. Experience within the Civil Construction industry will also be highly regarded.
