Due to expansion within the business, we have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Property Manager to join the team.
About the role
As a Trainee Property Manager, you will be working closely with the Property Management team leader. This role would suit someone with prior admin experience and is interested in a fulfilling career within property management. Your role will include:
- Assisting in all aspects of property management (liaising with clients, managing arrears, managing maintenance & leasing)
- Assisting with inspections (ingoing condition reports, routine inspections, final inspections)
- General administration duties
