We are seeking applications for various Plant Operators to join our dynamic team at a coal minesite in Middlemount! We have a multitude of positions available, including Grader Operators, Dozer Operators, Loader Operators and Excavator Operators.
About the project:
Mass Resources QLD are proud to support our clients in the civil construction and mining industries. These positions have become available to assist in a rehabilitation project and require you to have the following experience for the respective positions:
- Operate 14M/16M graders on haul roads.
- Operate D10/D11 dozers using GPS on bulk push, quarry and rehab projects.
- Operate 80t diggers to load haul trucks, bench, remove topsoil and scale material off highwalls.
- Operate 50t diggers to break rocks, bench and do quarry work.
- Operate various-sized loaders to load topsoil and quarry rock into road trains and haul trucks.
To be considered for this position, you will have the above experience, plus:
- Up-to-date RII certificates for relevant plant/machines.
- Valid Coal Board Medical (highly advantageous) and Standard 11 certificate.
- Valid C Class Australian driver’s licence.
- Minimum two years' experience operating the above relevant plant/machines in mining.
- Valid Australian working rights.
As a Plant Operator, we will give you:
- Nominally 12-hour days.
- 7-on/7-off rotating DIDO roster.
- Up to $60.00/hour flat rate.
- Meals, accommodation and travel provided.

- Flexible salary sacrificing to nominated superannuation fund.
