AddressDue to having a large pipeline of works in the Greater Brisbane Region, we're on the lookout for skilled Pipe Layers to join our Pipe Crew. Working in small, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of projects including subdivisions and infrastructure, including roads and bridges.
Shadforth have an ongoing pipeline of work in the region and can offer the right candidate a genuine opportunity to grow their skills and progress their career with a leading Civil Contractor.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience working on Civil Projects
- Demonstrated experience laying sewer, storm water and water main.
- Ability to perform manual handling and repetitive tasks with some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
- Capable of shooting and reducing levels using Dumpy level
- Ability to set-up pipe laser
- Ability to read, interpret and understand plans and standards
- Confined space, quick cut, front end loader tickets (desirable)
- Plumbing qualification - Desirable but not essential
- Wages paid on a weekly basis + penalties
