RAW Personnel have partnered with a prominent civil construction company in Adelaide, specialising in earthworks, drainage, and pavements. Prioritising quality, safety, and teamwork, offering employment opportunities for experienced professionals.
Due to our growing operation we are seeking multiple experienced Civil Plant Operators to join our team.
Role Overview:
Working across various locations and projects both locally and regionally. The successful candidates will be required to operate GPS Final Trim Excavators 8 – 36T and additional Civil Plant machinery including but not limited to Front End Loader, Roller, Water Cart & Dozer.
Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure upgrade; including roadworks, footpaths, kerbing and drainage systems
- Operation of various large mobile plant - construction / maintenance
- Asphalt / concrete work
- Drainage sump works and cleaning
- Associated general labouring duties
Skills and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in civil construction.
- Minimum HR Drivers Licence – Syncro gearbox experience.
- Multiple plant machinery tickets
- Cert 3 civil construction - desirable
- Construction industry White Card
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Have a great work ethic, willingness to learn and a can-do attitude
- Be Committed to health and safety
- Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol test
- Will be required to undergo a Police clearance check
Location and entitlements
- Local Adelaide and surrounding suburbs – occasional travel to regional centres required
- Above award wages with allowances and penalties rates
- Ongoing Casual opportunities to start with potential for future full time opportunities
