AddressConspec Group are seeking a Civil Project Engineer to join a our growing team.
We are looking for:
- Work well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge in all levels of civil construction including pricing tenders.
Role includes but limited to:
- Day to Day project management including management of trades and subcontractors
- Resource allocation and scheduling
- Project costing, programming and planning of projects
- Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
- Ability to read, understand civil, structural and service drawings
- Knowledge of construction scheduling flow of works to ensure all works are completed at high standard and on time.
- Reviewing and pricing tender documents for submission including take off's, BOQ, scope of works etc.
