Position: Civil Project Engineer
Location: Mount Weld
Commencement: ASAP!
Duration: Minimum 3- 6months with opportunity to extend
Pay rates: $75 - $80ph based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Manage engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met within budget and timeline.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in role, preferably in surface mining, earthworks, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
