About our opportunities:
You will work closely with project managers, estimators, engineers and superintendents on a range of civil projects whilst managing and overseeing the day to day operations.
Our current opportunity will involve mostly away work on a number of different civil construction sites involving bulk earthworks, Watermains/Sewer/Stormwater, concrete structures, roads construction and maintenance, along with utilities and services.
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in Civil Site Supervision
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Adaptability to diverse environments
- Results-oriented with a drive to succeed
- Experience in contract management and negotiations
- Problem-solving skills in high-pressure scenarios
- Open-mindedness and a commitment to continuous learning and innovation
What’s in it for you:
