Civil Construction Site Supervisor - Northern, Metro, Adelaide Hills

Neo Infrastructure (SA) is a progressive South Australian Civil Construction company operating in both metropolitan and regional SA.

About the role

This role will be based on projects in the Northern suburbs, Metro and Adelaide Hills suburbs and will be required to service Department of Environment, DIT and Land Division projects. 

Working closely with our Project Managers and Engineers, the Site Supervisor is responsible for managing project day to day site works to ensure successful delivery on our internal and external commitments. 

Subdivision construction experience is required, along with travelling across Neo sites. 

Required

• White Card
• Plant tickets, licenses or VOC's and experience operating a range of plant and equipment is required
• HR or MC Driver's license
• Experience as a Civil ConstructionSite Supervisor, coaching and training site staff on a broad range of requirements of the projects
• Experience working across a broad scope of works particularly in subdivisions
• A strong background in subdivision works including earthworks, roadworks, sewer, water, stormwater, CST, footpaths, etc.
• Knowledge of SA Water specifications & technical pipelaying.
• Strong leadership, communication and ability to engage, lead and provide feedback on the job to construction crews
• Exceptional work ethic and reliability
• Good understanding of best resourcing to deliver efficiencies
• Ability to set clear objectives, measures and targets for people, monitor performance against expectations in order to meet team schedules and KPI's.
• Positive, friendly and can do attitude
• Adhere to all Neo WHS policies and procedures
