seeking a meaningful career while living in Albany, WA. About the Role
This is a permanent position for a CIVIL SUPERVISOR
to relocate to Albany, to lead construction crews to deliver road construction and maintenance projects under MRWA specifications. These road projects will include scopes of work including; bulk earthworks, roadworks, sewer, stormwater drainage, underground services, and culvert installation. The successful CIVIL SUPERVISOR
will be involved in planning and executing the works by organizing crews and efficient allocation of machinery, materials and equipment, subcontractor management, and ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained at all times. You will join an established team with an excellent team culture so we are looking for another team player with a great attitude to complement this group. This is primarily a Monday – Friday role (10 hour days) with the odd half day occasionally on Saturday. Albany itself offers outstanding lifestyle benefits as it is located on WA’s incredible south-west coastline, including Boating, Camping and Fishing, and provides nearby access to the iconic Margaret River Wine region. 5+ years’ of civil construction experience as CIVIL SUPERVISOR
for civil contractors in Australia
Previous experience as a CIVIL SUPERVISOR
on road construction projects including bulk earthworks, drainage, culverts, underground services and surfacing works
Desire and ability to relocate to live in the WA country town of Albany.
Excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and lead crews
Existing rights to live and work in Australia
Available within 4 weeks’ notice period
Able to furnish 2 favorable references from the last 5 years
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and DAS testing
Clean C Class Australian Driver’s Licence
