Civil Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of a significant infrastructure project.

Job Overview: 

As a Civil Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the construction activities of our projects. Your responsibilities will include managing and coordinating various construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure the project progresses smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities, including earthworks, concrete structures, roadways, utilities, and other related tasks.
• Hands on approach to taskings & work in general.
• Monitor construction progress, ensuring it aligns with the project schedule and quality standards.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications, providing guidance to the construction team.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve any technical issues and ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage and motivate a team of construction workers and subcontractors, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
• Oversee the procurement and delivery of construction materials and equipment, ensuring timely availability on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of construction activities, progress reports, and any changes to the project scope.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor in major civil infrastructure projects.
• Thorough knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools is an advantage.
