AIM Insurance Services whose focus is on a positive claims experience has seen substantial growth over the last few years. Insurers, brokers and more importantly, policyholders appreciate the extra time, attention and care given to them throughout the claims process.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced claims administrator to join the team to ensure that AIM can continue to make a real difference. This is a front-line position and crucial to the claims experience and process.
The primary role includes the following:
- Initial receipt and review of incoming claims
- Initial review of claim documents
- Initial contact with the policyholder and broker
- Arranging any emergency repairs or make-safe
- Lodgement of the claim to the AIM internal system
- Allocation to the Loss Adjuster
Secondary role includes:
- Assistance with ongoing claims
- General administrative duties
The position would suit an experienced claims professional who is keen to take their career to the next level. Building repair knowledge would be an advantage.
