Details: Are you a dynamic and skilled professional ready to take the reins of Major Project Canberra's (MPC) records management system? We are seeking an experienced and innovative, Objective Administrator and Records Officer to lead our Electronic Document Records Management System (EDRMS) capability, ensuring compliance with the Territory Records Act 2002. Supported by the Assistant Director, Records, your role will be to:
- Manage Objective EDRMS access control groups, security groups, privileges and audits.
- Manage electronic record storage and disposal practices to ensure least cost options while ensuring compliance with best practice electronic recordkeeping standards.
- Develop and deliver EDRMS training program and provide EDRMS support to MPC as a system administrator.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures and work instructions that articulate system administration that aligns with the Directorate’s Governance Framework.
- Participate in a program of works under the guidance of the Assistant Director, Records and complete all allocated tasks within specified deadlines
- Build and maintain relationships across records management and ICT networks with key stakeholders, ICT system vendors, and represent MPC in whole of Government forums related to ICT and Electronic Information Management.
