Join our vibrant team as a Claims Advisor (Vehicle and Leisure) at our Sippy Downs Head Office, contributing to the core of Youi's reputation and client relationships. As a Claims Advisor, you will be at the forefront of delivering end-to-end service for claims, playing a pivotal role in ensuring our customers experience seamless support when they need it the most.
As the primary contact for clients and service providers, your excellent problem-solving and communication skills will be key in ensuring a positive and memorable claims journey for Youi clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of claims, guiding customers through the entire claims process
- Process claims efficiently, from initiation to resolution, providing exceptional service to clients
- Employ problem-solving skills on a daily basis, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and Youi
- Act as a direct point of contact for customers, service providers, and Assessors, ensuring smooth claim processing within your portfolio
