Mitchell Services has a new and exciting opportunity for an Experienced Maintenance Administrator on a full-time permanent position in our growing and progressive Assets & Maintenance Team.
We are looking for a professional, motivated, and committed team player who can manage the varying duties required of Maintenance Administrator.

Due to continued growth within the business, we are now seeking applications from suitably qualified Maintenance Administrators that are looking for their new and exciting opportunity.
The role includes, but not limited to
The role is based in Brisbane where the successful applicant will be working a Monday-Friday roster
Working within NHVAS to record and maintain data and communications
Assist the Maintenance Manager with work orders
Create requisitions for parts as required
Generate and distribute weekly and monthly reports
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience with National Heavy Vehicle Scheme administration
- Previous experience in heavy vehicle transport or fleet administration
