As a Claims Advisor, you will play an integral part within one of our supportive and growing business units helping make a positive impact on an injured workers life. Your role will consist of; inbound and outbound calls with external stakeholders and claim administration duties. The Claims Advisor role is the first step towards your career in Case Management.

As part of our interview process, successfully reviewed applicants will need to be available to attend a face-to-face group interview on Wednesday 15 May.

This will be a permanent, full time position commencing Monday 17 June based in the Newcastle office, with flexibility to work from home.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing a world class customer service experience that is focused on early intervention in the form of advice, guidance and support to injured workers, employers and other stakeholders
  • Assisting injured workers and employers in their recovery
  • Collaborating with Injury Management Specialists and other subject matter experts to collect information and ensure customers receive expert advice and support
  • Recording and maintaining accurate records

  • You will embrace change with confidence and are comfortable within a multi-system environment whilst having the ability to handle and overcome challenges
  • Having great attention to detail, you will enjoy learning and growing within the business
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
