We are actively searching for highly skilled Claims Consultant to join our client's dynamic team. This position offers an immediate start and a 6-month initial term with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:

• Offer technical assistance to the claims team for intricate or disputed claims.
• Implement and oversee the claims handling process, procedures, authority, and review to drive continuous improvement.
• Analyse data to support business operations, including data entry and database management.
• Speak with clients, deliver top-notch customer service, and manage their needs.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service and data analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to customer service and data analysis.
• Perform adhoc tasks as required.

Skills: 

• Proven claims experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar software.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and confidently with clients.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Insurance experience is desirable, but not essential.
