You will spend your day;

• Manage an end to end portfolio of retail income protection claims
• Determining eligibility, liability and managing the claim process
• Work with multiple stakeholders including advisors to achieve claims outcomes. 

They will love your background in;

• Life claims assessment experience (Retail and/or Group) ideally across all products 
• Sound decision-making skills and negotiation skills
• Qualification in legal or allied health will be highly regarded
