What will you be doing?
- Manage a portfolio of property and strata insurance claims from initial report to final settlement
- Liaise with clients, insurers, adjusters, and other relevant parties to facilitate the claims process and provide regular updates on claim status
- Negotiate settlements with insurers on behalf of clients
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on claims-related matters, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging trends, and regulatory change
What do you need?
- Property claims experience
- High level of customer service and communication
- Eagerness to progress within the insurance industry
- Understanding of the claims process
