Recoveries :
- Manage your own portfolio of claims, focusing on recovering costs
- Engage with clients and Third Parties throughout the claims process
- Gather information and review liability using road rules and legal precedents
Settlements :
- Reduce and negotiate costs with Insurance Companies on behalf of Youi
- Liaise with Youi customers and Insurers at various stages of claims
- Achieve weekly and fortnightly benchmarks
