About the role
  
Working directly under the Head of Consumer Collections, you will take on a growing ledger of clients, across insurance and consumer debt, recovering overdue accounts. This will involve contacting clients regularly to provide updates, and successful outcomes and obtain instructions for debt recovery and legal proceedings. 
  

Skills & Experience

• Due to the broad scope of clientele, experience managing claims recoveries & negotiating with debtors, insurance companies & third parties will be advantageous (2 years + experience in collections would be advantageous)
• Experience with Skip Tracing (highly desired)
• Ability & willingness to engage with internal & external stakeholders via phone or other channels is required
