Claims Consultant

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Claims Consultant to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity where you'll be working with 20+ offices across Australia during their busy periods and assisting with complex claims.

Responsibilities:

• Managing predominantly commercial property and motor claims of behalf of clients
• Receive and review insurance claims.
• Responding to claims enquiries
• Liaising with multiple stakeholders as the claim progresses
• Maintain claims notes and files
• Assessing and discussing decisions with stakeholders to reach satisfactory outcomes

About you:

• Experience managing commercial claims 
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and third parties
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• A strong can-do attitude
