You'll be responsible for
Providing superior customer service to claimants in a timely manner
Managing a varied portfolio of claims across Allianz systems, Motor, Property and more, while achieving relevant KPIs
Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders via managing expectations and aiming to provide best possible outcomes for your customers
Understanding and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues
About you
Strong customer service background
Experience showcasing resilience and empathy in dealing with complex situations and clients under distress
Ability to work in a KPI-driven environment
High attention to detail and the ability to work comfortably across multiple tasks
Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
