The Boutique
We are thrilled to open our first boutique in ANZ, in the heart of Sydney's CBD. As part of our dynamic Boutique Team, you will contribute to our mission of exceptional customer service in a beautiful, brand-new store. You will be one of the faces of our brand, joining a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
The Roles
We are seeking multiple team members to work in our new Boutique, as well as for our Counter Teams.
We have the following roles available:
- Boutique Manager (Full-Time)
- Assistant Boutique Manager (Full-Time)
- Beauty Coach (Full-Time, Part-Time & Casual Available)
- Beauty Therapist (Full-Time, Part-Time & Casual Available)

Who We're Looking For
We want to hear from individuals passionate about beauty services and working in a luxury environment. Ideal candidates will be able to provide exceptional customer service while embodying the Clarins brand.
Profile description:
Experience Requirements
- All Roles: We are looking for candidates with experience in a luxury beauty environment, a passion for prestige skincare and makeup, coupled with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. In addition, we would like to see candidates with strong sales skills, the ability to achieve KPI's, and outstanding customer service.
- Boutique Manager & Assistant Boutique Manager: Managerial experience in a luxury beauty environment, preferably in a free-standing boutique setting.
- Beauty Therapists: A qualification in Beauty Therapy is required.
