About the RolePeter Warren Automotive is now on the hunt for a Registrations Clerk to join our Stock Control Team in Warwick Farm. To be considered for this role, you must be detail-focused, have good time management skills, be process-driven, a team player, and enjoy interacting with customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Register vehicles in accordance with PWAH guidelines
- Complete and authorise vehicle registrations
- Process internal paperwork related to deliveries
- Provide support to sales departments as needed
- Perform reconciliations
- Conduct data entry tasks
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Coordinate and schedule vehicle deliveries
- Strong focus and commitment to quality, compliance, and accuracy requirements
- High level of interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Demonstrated reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments with an ability to set realistic goals, problem-solve, and establish work priorities
- Compliance with reasonable instructions provided by your manager or business
- Cooperation with any PWAH policies and procedures
- Ability to work autonomously but also collaboratively with a team
