The Role
Are you passionate about all things Beauty and enthusiastic within the Beauty Retail space?
We are growing and are seeking a passionate Counter Manager to work in our David Jones Claremont Counter!
This is a Permanent Full-time position, approximately 30 hours per week.
We want to hear from people who are passionate about makeup and beauty services and working within a luxury environment. We are looking for people who know how to provide exceptional customer service, build a regular clientele whilst being a Clarins brand ambassador.
You Have
- Previous management experience within a similar retail environment is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales results and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to use technology for data entry, analysis, communication and training
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to work well within a team and towards KPIs
- Ability to work weekends and late nights to meet the needs of the business during key promotional periods.
- Qualification in Beauty Therapy or Makeup Artistry is highly regarded
