Phoenix Cleaning specialises in end of lease residential property cleaning as well as preparing properties for handover prior to sale.
The Role
In this role you will not only be cleaning properties, but will also have the opportunity to perform administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, scheduling of jobs and invoicing.
Qualifications & experience
- Proven working experience as a cleaner
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Understanding of Work, Health and Safety
- Capability to perform administrative tasks and to learn new computer systems
- Integrity, honesty and a positive “can do” attitude
- Be physically fit & able to meet the physical demands required for this job
- Police check and background check will be required
- Drivers licence
Tasks & responsibilities
- Cleaning properties after tenants have vacated to a high standard.
- Cleaning properties for hand over to a new owner.
- Preparation of quotes, scheduling jobs and one other cleaner, invoicing and follow up of outstanding payments.
