- Be accountable for effective leadership/management of administrative, financial, physical, & technological resources.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery to internal/external stakeholders.
- Identify & implement innovative improvements to school processes.
- Conduct business/financial analysis & provide timely, strategic advice.
- Lead/manage site facilities & infrastructure projects/improvements.
- Effectively manage non-teaching staff/provide support for development.
- Executive Team collaboration in decision-making processes.
- Work with Governing Council/relevant committees to support governance.
- Collaborate with budget managers to manage financial resources.
- Foster strong relationships with the community/council/service providers/education authorities.What you will bring:

- Strong financial management & business analysis skills.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities.
