Join BRHS in contributing to the well-being of the elderly community, providing essential support at our Maddocks Gardens Aged Care facility. You will play an essential role in ensuring a safe and comfortable living space for our residents.
The contract: Ongoing, Part-Time, 64.0 hours per fortnight.
The position:
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure a clean, safe and hygienic environment is maintained to the highest level at all times throughout the facility. You will perform a variety of duties as specified on task sheets and any additional responsibilities as delegated. Applicants for this position must have flexibility to work a range of shifts which may include working weekends, public holidays, day and afternoon shifts.
Key selection criteria:
- Experience with a range of cleaning methods or the willingness to learn
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to work and act unsupervised with high degree of initiative
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a good understanding of the benefits of a team approach
