Cleaning and Venue Supervisor

Brooke Street Pier, Cleaning Services & Building Supervisor:

Brooke street pier offers the rare opportunity to be part of an exciting business, with a difference. We are looking for the perfect person to engage in  Cleaning and services at Brooke Street Pier on a weekly basis Friday, Saturday and Sunday. There will be extra week days throughout the year where required.

Duties would include :

• Securely opening the building for business each day.
• Preparing, maintaining, cleaning, sanitising and safe building supervision throughout each day, to showcase our busy Restaurants, cafes, Trade Market space, bus ticketing and ferry operations.
• Offer direction, information, hospitality and support to our guests.  
• Working with our tenants to make sure the days trade runs smoothly, safely & professionally. 
• Handing over to security at the end of shift or securely closing the building when needed.

Work schedule would look something like this:

• Friday, 0730 - 1500
• Saturday, 0730 - 1500
• Sunday, 0730 - 1400

Essential attributes :

• Experience in venue Cleaning and servicing.
• Must hold a Working with vulnerable people card.
• Must be well presented at all times, professional and approachable.
• Highly self motivated.
• Must be able to deal with situations in a positive manner at any given moment.
