We’re looking for someone with cleaning expertise to help us run The Local Guys Cleaning division. If you know the ins and outs of cleaning, and also have a flair for sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you. The successful candidate will be involved in the exciting growth of our Cleaning Division, working to onboard, train and support new Franchise Partners getting started in the Cleaning industry.

What Does The Perfect Candidate Look Like?The perfect person for this role has passion, is hungry to help our Franchise Partners succeed, and wants to be a big part of growing something incredible.
They would possess:
- Experience in providing Cleaning Services such as: Domestic, Commercial, End of Lease cleans.
- Sales experience: Comfortable speaking on the phone and answering questions.
- Leadership Skills: The ability to support Franchise Partners to succeed in their businesses.
- Great problem solving and customer service skills.
- Confidence: The ability to stand up and demonstrate and train new Franchise Partners the skills they need to complete cleaning services to the highest level.
Procedures:
- Assist in maintaining and updating cleaning policies and procedures to align with industry best practices and company objectives.
- Ensuring all team members adhere to established policies and procedures.
- Investigate and address any compliance breaches from set policies.
Training and Development:
- Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance the technical cleaning skills and knowledge of new, onboarding Franchise Partners.
- Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure services meet or exceed company standards.
Franchise Sales
- Completing discovery calls for new enquiries to discuss the franchise opportunity.
- Guiding potential franchise candidates through initial enquiry, to Franchise Agreement.
Team Leadership:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to the Cleaning division team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Address personnel issues promptly and professionally.
- Must have the experience and knowledge to be able to train people in Domestic and Commercial cleaning practices.
- Must have full working rights to work in Australia.
- Proven experience in a cleaning management or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of cleaning industry standards and best practices.
- Strong IT Skills, with experience with Microsoft Office products(Word, Excel, etc.).
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Sales Skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service delivery.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
