Cleaning Supervisor

ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.
The Position: Monday - Friday - 10 hours per day - DIDO
Full responsibility for supervising, training & coordinating staff in a housekeeping, cleaning & laundry department
Lead & manage the team daily
Basic Computer Skills - excel/word
Assist with cleaning when required
Earn a full time salary of $82,111
Locals from Zeehan, Queenstown, Strahan or Rosebery encouraged to apply
The Person:
Relevant industry experience
Certificate 3 in cleaning operations or management
Experience in managing staff
Excellent communication skills
Team player and be flexible to work in all departments.
Ability to always follow safety policies and procedures.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
Comfortable undertaking a pre-employment medical/Drug screen.
Current drivers’ license and own transport
