We’ve seen some significant growth over the past few years and we have a Junior Legal Assistant vacancy in our Institutional Abuse practice. This role will be based in our Dandenong office. School leavers are welcome to apply as training will be provided.

Skills & Experience
Carrying out a range of entry-level administrative tasks, including:
- Maintaining calendars and diary appointments
- Assisting on all incoming calls
- Drafting basic precedent letters
- Conveying relevant information to solicitor and other key parties
- Assisting with client requests
- Payment of invoices
Key Selection Criteria
The successful candidate will require:
- High level written, verbal and interpersonal communication skill
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities

- Technically savvy
- Exceptional client service and phone manner
- Great attention to detail
- Comfortable working in personal injury law
