Ventia is now hiring one Team Leading Cleaner for our office in Booragoon, available for an immediate start.
This is initially a casual position with the possibility of becoming permanent. Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not essential, we value excellent communication, problem-solving abilities and strong leadership skills.
Based in the Booragoon office, you will be responsible for the daily operational cleaning requirements of the office floor, ensuring that high standards of cleanliness are always delivered.
Location: Booragoon, WA
Shift time: Monday to Friday afternoon from 14:00 to 20:00
Pay rate: From $31.09 per hour plus penalties and 11% Superannuation
Duties include, but are not limited to
Sweeping, mopping, and cleaning all communal areas of the office, including the kitchen, toilets, and break rooms
Ensure that all cleaning shifts are covered
Coordinate the work of Level 1 Cleaners
Complete stock checks

To qualify as the ideal candidate, you must possess a reliable vehicle and a full driver's license, be physically fit, and committed to a long-term work engagement. All applicants are required to provide a recent National Police Check and pass a Medical and a Drug and Alcohol test.
