Join Ventia as a Cleaning Team Leader, responsible for evening operations at multiple train stations along the Mandurah line. As a leader, you will ensure top-notch cleaning services, uphold cleanliness standards, and manage staff training and schedules for exceptional service delivery.
Location: Mandurah LineShift time: Monday to Friday night from 20:00 to 12:30Pay Rate: from $32.33 per hour plus penalties and 11% Superannuation
Duties include, but are not limited to:Assist with on-the-job trainingCoordinate the work of Level 1 CleanersProvide manager with a weekly report on site runningMake sure that schedules and timesheets are collected or received on time to meet deadlinesCleaning duties such as: maintaining cleanliness in public areas, platforms, restrooms, and facilities. Tasks include sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash bins, and ensuring a safe and presentable environment for passengers. Monitor supplies, report maintenance issues, and follow safety protocols.
To excel in this role, you need personal drive, resilience, and integrity, along with extensive knowledge of the cleaning industry, experience in organizing periodic cleans, and basic computer literacy for report writing.

All applicants must be willing to provide a recent National Police Check, be able to pass a Medical and a Drug and Alcohol test and have a strong understanding of written and verbal English
