Join Ventia as a Cleaning Team Leader, responsible for operations at our client’s Refinery in the Pinjarra area. As a leader, you will ensure top-notch cleaning services, uphold cleanliness standards, and manage staff training and schedules for exceptional service delivery.
This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 7am to 3pm, providing a great work-life balance. It's a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a crucial service and be part of a supportive and dedicated team.
Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not essential, we value excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and strong leadership skills.
Location: outskirts of Pinjarra
Pay rate: From $31.09 per hour plus penalties and 11% Super
Shift times: Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:00
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Assist with on-the-job training Coordinate the work of Level 1 Cleaners
Provide manager with a weekly report on site running
Make sure that schedules and timesheets are collected or received on time to meet deadlines
Act in accordance with training provided by Ventia and create a positive and safe working environment
Cleaning required can include the public areas, disposal of waste, spot cleaning, including mopping, sweeping, cleaning toilet facilities, cleaning glass – both internal and external

To qualify as the ideal candidate, you must possess a reliable vehicle and a full driver's license, be physically fit, and committed to a long-term work engagement. All applicants are required to provide a recent National Police Check and pass a Medical and a Drug and Alcohol test.
