Reporting to the Regional Training Manager, your role is to boost the retail team member's performance through people development, coaching, structured training programs, business partnering and directly impacting business KPIs with training initiatives.
Location: Melbourne; this role will support our stores in VIC and SA
Key responsibilities include:
Retail Training
- Develop retail team member competencies to perform their role with high professionalism and support them in their daily job
- Design local contents within a global framework and develop meaningful initiatives based on business needs and priorities
- Deliver training initiatives across the Global Academy Pillars including: Onboarding, Boosting Performance, Continuous Improvement and Transformation
- Deliver training initiatives by using a variety of training methodologies to maximize the reach and efficiency of training
- Actively contribute to the Global Training Community, sharing proactive feedback, best practices and providing inputs for improvement
- Review and update own knowledge and experience to maintain and improve quality of information being shared
Sales and Business KPIS
- Actively contributes to boosting Sales and Business KPIs
- Actively drives lead generation from the Greetline
- Actively contributes to schedule management including booking appointments and refilling appointment cancellations with urgency
- Actively contributes to managing customer recalls
- Work with store teams to maximize schedules and ensuring quality appointments and customer care appointments are scheduled effectively.
- Demonstrate and drives the use of the 'Bay Way' and other best practice processes in stores
- Work with store teams to ensure store processes and company policies are followed accurately and correctly.
Administration:
- Accurately track all training initiatives for impact measurement
- Monitor KPIs pre and post training initiatives in order to measure the impact of training itself on the retail team's performance
- Monitor and map learning outcomes and align with SOM/ROM on any follow-up required
- Report all incident of injuries and accidents by completing an incident form within 24 hrs
Business Partnering:
- Work with store teams to achieve store success, financial targets, and excellent customer service.
- Coach and motivate the store team alongside the SOM/ROM to drive lead generation.
- Keep a regular communication routine with SOM/ROM to align on team member's performance development priorities
- Partner with SOM/ROM to discuss store teams' KPIs and related skill gaps and execute Area/Region action plan.
- Share experience and knowledge and actively contribute to all Bay Audio departments
