SARAH & SEBASTIAN is looking to hire Client Advisors for our growing Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane retail business. The successful candidates will work closely with the retail & services team to drive sales, build client relationships and be a part of our exciting and constantly evolving retail and services business.

THE ROLE
Drive and maximise sales performance in store through exceptional service
Strive for excellence to achieve targets & service excellence
Act as an ambassador for our brand, building a loyal client base through successful clienteling & extensive product knowledge
Presence & Energy on the sales floor, ensuring unparalleled service to our existing & new clients
Ensure unparalleled client facing sales service to all clients, along with an acute focus on after sales services
Be a part of creating a strong private appointment culture & appointment business through effective clienteling & relationship building
Ensure that the Sarah & Sebastian visual displays and personal representation is accordance with Company guidelines & values
Support the team with store operations & store standards
Support the Store Manager & Assistant Manager with store operations & procedures
