FULL TIME, PART TIME OR CASUAL

We have exciting and unique opportunities for an aspiring jewellers, or candidates keen to diversify their skillset, to join our dynamic SOLDERED Service throughout many of our store locations, including Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Melbourne and Perth.

As a SARAH & SEBASTIAN Solderer/Client Advisor, your role will involve offering an exceptional soldered experience to our clients and supporting retail jewellery sales and service.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Offer our clients expertise across all experiences in store including sales and soldering.
  • Provide our clients with unparalleled service and aftercare
  • Act as an ambassador for our brand and create a loyal client base through relationship building and extensive product knowledge
  • Ensure presentation and visual standards are consistently maintained 
  • Support team members to ensure seamless store operations 
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for all clients and colleagues
  • Meticulously follow health and  safety guidelines
  • Create a positive, enjoyable and high quality experience for clients during their soldered appointments
  • Supporting with administrative aspects of services, including stock-takes and discrepancy investigation 

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU

  • Client-centric, with a genuine and natural ability to build and  maintain relationships.
  • A confident and enthusiastic team member who embraces teamwork. 
  • Experience or an interest in jewellery making preferred – a certificate in jewellery making is desired but not a prerequisite. Training for our SARAH & SEBASTIAN SOLDERED service is provided. 
  • A meticulous eye for detail and the ability to concentrate for long periods of time
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong fine motor skills
  • A genuine interest and  passion for luxury product/jewellery/art
