They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Engagement Manager to join their Melbourne office.
Position Overview:
The Client Engagement Manager will play a critical role in maintaining and growing their client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering design, specifically in residential or industrial developments, and be comfortable with business development and proposal/tender preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the civil engineering sector.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure client needs are met.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and client feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in civil engineering design
- Residential/Industrial Project experience
- Proven experience in Client Engagement and business development preferably with Tier 1 consultancies
- Proficiency in preparing detailed proposals and presentations.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
