The Company
Our client has a higher wealth client base for a smaller firm. They work with listed companies, known brands and HNW family groups and are expert advisors and strategists focused on delivering a client focused and innovative organisation.
The Opportunity
They are currently looking for a Manager to support a small team of accountants and manage a large portfolio of extraordinary clients from end to end.
You will also be involved with the running of the business and involved in the Director meetings in a firm that is very transparent with their staff.
Your day-to-day tasks would include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of accountants including managing workflow and review
• Manage your own client portfolio as well as managing team WIP, workflow and productivity.
• Support and train other team members in our small, close-knit team
• Co-coordinating meetings with key advisors and creating strategies
• Liaise with clients and attend client meetings and board meetings

About You

• 10+ years of local public practice accounting experience
• Degree qualified
• Be CA/CPA qualified
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent technical knowledge
• Excellent leadership skills
• Ability to build rapport and be a trusted advisor to clients
• Driven to succeed, motivated and a great communicator
