The opportunity
We have an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity for a New Accounts Officer to become a vital part of our Client Experience Team.
As a New Accounts Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for our new clients while maintaining high standards of client service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- End-to-End Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the entire onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and exceptional experience.
- Application Review: Thoroughly examine new account applications, addressing any missing information promptly.
- Client Record Management: Update and maintain client records in our CRM system, XPlan, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- AML and Compliance Checks: Conduct essential Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and compliance checks to meet regulatory requirements.
- Client Support: Resolve any issues clients may encounter during the onboarding process, providing exceptional support and service.
