Audi Centre Perth is seeking to employ an individual who is looking for a part time position (school hours) to join our Client Relations Team.
This role is pivotal to the success of client retention and customer care and requires someone who has excellent telephone skills, is 100% focused on providing the highest level of customer engagement and service, all whilst working alongside a friendly and supportive Team.
To be successful in the role you should have the following:
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Customer focused and dedicated to delivering great service;
- The ability to make phone contacts (predominately outbound) with targeted outcomes
- Computer literacy; CRM systems and MS Office (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail;
- The ability to deal with repetition and keep motivated.
