This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive and supportive Financial Planning Practice within a mid-tier firm offering an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Client Services Manager.
You will be provided with on-job and off-job learning, the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients and you will be mentored by highly experienced professional staff.
THE ROLE
Duties include but not limited to:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, maintaining client relationships with a strong emphasis on client service
- Administration support to the Financial Planning team
- Maintaining client data base
- Preparation of client review documentation
- Implementation of client advice
- Prepare and lodge applications and follow through to completion
- Preparation of advice documents
ABOUT YOU
You will be organised, committed and a dedicated person who is eager to secure a full a full time position in Client Services and is keen to show they will take responsibility, pride and control in their work.
The successful candidate will demonstrate
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong Word and Excel skills.
- Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Financial Planning experience an advantage but not essential.
